Chicago, IL, September 5, 2023 – Artemis Transaction Advisors is pleased to announce the return of John Lahti to the firm as Managing Director and Head of Industrials. John previously worked for Artemis from 2009 to 2018 and brings nearly a quarter century of investment banking experience to the firm.
John’s practice is focused on providing sound, independent advice to private business owners, families, and private equity firms. He has closed dozens of M&A and private market financing transactions globally.

As Head of Industrials, John will serve business owners in an array of subsectors, including Industrial Technology, Capital Equipment Manufacturing, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Services, Automotive, Plastics & Packaging, and Material Handling & Automation.

John will be based in Artemis’ Chicago office and will serve clients throughout the country. Prior to joining Artemis, he was a Managing Director for Stout, where he initiated and led the firm’s Dallas investment banking practice. John began his career on Wall Street and earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, where he was a James B. Angell Scholar.
